Refund policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt. We do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with size or color, or damages caused by wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or accidental handling after delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: 

    To help us process your return quickly, please record an unboxing video with a 360° view of the package and its contents upon delivery. The video must:

    • Clearly show the sealed parcel from all sides before opening.
    • Capture the unboxing process in one continuous recording.
    • Have no cuts, edits, or interruptions.Return Process
    1. Contact us at njhumka19@gmail.com within 3days of receiving your order.
    2. Submit your unboxing video for review.
    3. All return requests must be raised within 5 working days of delivery.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. "Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method."
  • Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction with size or color, or damages caused by wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or accidental handling after delivery. Returns will only be considered if the item received is damaged (with valid proof) or different from what was originally ordered. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at njhumka19@gmail.com or calling 7096076039. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of a successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • International Orders (US & Canada):
    • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after 
      we receive the returned item
    • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items: email us within 48 hours with photos — replacement or full refund, no return needed
