Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.

Unboxing Video: To help us provide the best customer support, please record an unboxing video with a 360° view of the package and its contents upon delivery.

Return Process:
- Contact our support team at njhumka19@gmail.com within 3days after receiving your order.
- Submit your unboxing video to help us assess the issue and expedite your return.
- If any return request it should be raised within 5 working days .

Refunds: Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If any approved by the company it will take 7 working days to credit to your source account.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at njhumka19@gmail.com or calling 7096076039. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of a successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
