Shipping policy

We currently deliver across India.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

We charge a standard shipping fee of ₹80 for orders below ₹1,499. Orders with a product subtotal of ₹1,499 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The shipping amount is calculated after discounts and before shipping charges.

Tracking details will be shared when available. Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may affect delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains a wrong item, or something is missing, please record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product. Send the video, order number, and issue details within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the claim and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
